Since time immemorial, humans have felt a great attraction to discovering new places, and I am no stranger to that desire. In 2013, I travelled to Cusco, one of the wonders of the modern world, because I thought that if I ever travelled abroad, everyone would ask me about Machu Picchu.

After that trip, I developed a desire to see the seven wonders of the modern world, but I felt a little apprehensive because of the news I had heard about some travel agencies that had scammed travellers who had been unlucky enough to fall into their hands. That was until I came across Primatour, run by Emilio Soriano, whom I have known for a long time. His responsibility, seriousness and empathy in putting himself in the traveller's shoes made me ask him to organise my first international trip.
So I travelled to Europe. It was an unforgettable trip. As a history teacher, I had always wanted to visit the places I saw in books. One of my favourite topics is the French Revolution, so it was very exciting to visit Paris and stroll through the gardens of the Palace of Versailles, where the court of Louis XIV, the Sun King, and the last French monarchs, Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, had lived.

Hall of Mirrors, where the Treaty of Versailles was signed, ending the First World War.

This trip also allowed me to see the second wonder: the Roman Colosseum. Not only did I visit Rome, but also many other Italian cities such as Assisi, Florence, Pisa, Venice, Ravenna, among others.

The third wonder I visited was Chichén Itzá, always with the security of Primatour. And of course, while in Mexico, I visited the Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe, Xochimilco, etc., and since I love the beach, I spent a few days in Cancún, from where it is easier to go to Chichén Itzá.

My next trip was to Brazil, where I saw the fourth wonder, Christ the Redeemer.
Once in Brazil, I went to the Iguazu Falls, one of the natural wonders of the world.

In January 2023, I went on a great trip, travelling to different countries such as Egypt, Jordan, Israel and Turkey, organised in great detail by Primatour, where I discovered the fifth wonder of the modern world: Petra.

Likewise, this trip allowed me to discover one of the wonders of the ancient world and the only one still standing: the Pyramids of Giza.

This is how my wish is coming true!

I still have two wonders of the modern world left to see, and I hope to take that trip, as always, organised by Primatour, who look after their travellers from the moment we leave Lima until our return, so all we have to do is enjoy every moment of the trip.
Primatour, travelling is living.
